Appetizer: (choose one)
Duck conserva w/ white bean puree & brandied cherry OR Prime beef bruschetta
Salad:
Arugula & spinach finished w/ goat cheese, toasted spicy pecans, avocado & a vinaigrette made from abbotts farms berries
Entrees: (choose one)
- Shrimp stuffed scallop w/ parmesan risotto & charred green beans
- Sweet duo; sirloin cap steak topped w/ compound butter & spinach, bacon, brie stuffed chicken breast served w/ oven roasted potatoes, bourbon carrots
- Wild mushroom ravioli over pesto cream served w/ broccoli rabe & romanesco

Heart shaped handpies made with Abbott Farms Apples & Berries
