Apples Upick Policy

WHEN YOU PICK APPLES, YOU AGREE TO THESE POLICIES!

We are a pay before you pick facility. Please see a team member before heading to the orchard

**No returns or refunds including partial refunds. All sales are final.**

*We provide ALL clean picking bags FOR FREE. Outside bags are NOT PERMITTED!*

*For your safety and health of our plants, picking pulls are not permitted in the orchard*

Please pick only from what you can reach by hand. Please DO NOT CLIMB THE TREES!

 

*We have had issues with theft in the past, and unfortunately now require that all bags larger than a fanny pack or cross body bag be left in your vehicle while picking 

Abbott Inc reserves the right to search any bags, wagon, or stroller if we feel its appropriate

NO PETS OR ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED in the orchard per government regulation.

Only service animals on a leash specifically trained to aid disabled person allowed. 

*We reserve the right to ask patrons with service animals to leave if the service animals are being destructive to property or guests.

*PICK ONLY in the designated area listed on your pick slip. If you are found picking in a roped off NO PICK AREA we will confiscate all fruit and no refund will be given.*

*We are a working farm with large equipment on the move please keep children supervised.*

*Please do not step between apple rows, you may cause damage to the trees or cables.* 

*Please beware of field conditions and wear appropriated footwear.*

*Ground conditions may be uneven, wet, & muddy.*
